'Shifting the power', 'localisation', 'locally led development' has become center stage of the development agenda in recent years. Programme grants have a strong position to deliver on some of the changes that is the ambition of this agenda.

But how to do this in practice?

The event will have presentations from two programme partners focusing on these key questions:

• What does 'shift the power' mean in practice?
• Which initiatives have been planned in their programme partnerships?
• Which long term role does the Danish partner take in the future?
• How to set succes criteria for 'shifting the power' in a programme partnership?

After each of the two presentations there will there will be a brief Q&A in plenary.

Thereafter we will break out in groups to discuss the presentations and formulate possible recommendations for 'shifting the power' (if any).

We will end the event with a plenary were we will have brief reports from the groups, followed by possible proposals for future dialogue events on 'shifting the power'.
