Det kan f.eks. være information om arrangementer, ledige stillinger eller tips fra jeres arbejde. Oversigten sendes med ud i CISUs nyhedsbrev, der hver anden uge kommer ud til over 2.000 modtagere.
EU Delegation to Vietnam has launched a new Call for Proposals to award Grants to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO): Inclusive approaches and stakeholder participation (ref: EuropeAid/187126/DD/ACT/VN). This call will promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law and ensure the inclusive participation of stakeholders in development processes.

A policy-practice dialogue on peacebuilding, preventing violent conflict and constructive
engagement of faith actors in fragile contexts.
Why this conversation now?
Denmark’s new development strategy places strong emphasis on fragile contexts, prevention, locally led
responses and long-term development in protracted crises. This creates a timely opportunity to consider
how faith actors — as part of the local civil society landscape — can be understood and engaged
constructively, conflict-sensitively and inclusively in Denmark’s international development cooperation
and peacebuilding practice.
In many fragile and conflict-affected contexts, faith shapes identity, legitimacy, norms, trust, social
relations and public life. Religious leaders, faith communities and faith-based organisations may support
recovery, dialogue, mediation, reconciliation and social cohesion, create locally meaningful spaces for
cooperation and healing, and link community-level realities to wider solidarity, advocacy and
accompaniment.
At the same time, faith actors are not automatically peace actors. Religion can also intersect with conflict
dynamics, exclusion, harmful social norms, gender inequality, discrimination, proselytism, politicisation
or polarisation. This is why the conversation needs to move beyond general assumptions and focus on
evidence, context analysis, inclusion, humanitarian principles, conflict sensitivity, and clear partnership
criteria.
The event therefore proposes to move from evidence to practice and policy, asking what Danish actors
and their partners can take forward in the implementation of Denmark’s development strategy.
The event will explore
• What the evidence tells us about the role of faith actors in conflict prevention, peacebuilding,
conflict management and social cohesion.
• Grounded practitioner experience of engagement with faith actors in fragile and conflict-affected
contexts.
• Practical implications for the rollout of Denmark's development strategy, including localisation,
humanitarian principles, conflict sensitivity and safeguards.
• Concrete recommendations for Danish civil society, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)
and possible future guidance on faith actors in fragile contexts.

The event is particularly relevant for people working on peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and religion
and development in fragile contexts. It is also relevant for those working on localisation, humanitarian
action, development cooperation, civil society partnerships, inclusion, and gender.
Conveners
The event is convened through the Danish Network for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding (NCPPB)
and the Danish Network on Religion and Development, with a steering committee consisting of ADRA,
CKU, DanChurchAid, Danmission and Danish Muslim Aid.

Vi har fået ledig kontorplads i vores fantastiske lokaler på Købmagergade 43, 1. sal – lige i hjertet af København.
Der er i udgangspunktet to mindre separate kontorrum ledige, og som lejer deler man det store fælleslokale med 100% for Børnene. Fælleslokalet egner sig rigtig godt til både møder, workshops og events.
Lejen er fordelagtig, og vi leder gerne efter en organisation på nogenlunde samme størrelse som 100% for Børnene, som har lyst til at blive en del af et hyggeligt og inspirerende kontorfællesskab.

Kære netværk,
I KOLO Nordic leder vi efter et fysisk sted at slå rødder i Aarhus, og vi håber, at der er nogen i CISU-fællesskabet, der kan hjælpe os på vej eller har lyst til at dele faciliteter.
Vi er en dansk NGO (etableret i 2022), der leverer direkte, hurtig og gennemsigtig humanitær, medicinsk og genopbygningsstøtte til Ukraine. Vores sekretariat og bestyrelse vokser, og vi har derfor brug for faste rammer til at drive vores arbejde videre fra.
Vi søger:
- Kontorplads med rum til, at 2-5 medarbejdere kan sidde og arbejde (eller som en del af et i forvejen etableret kontorfællesskab).
- Adgang til et mødelokale ca. 2 gange om måneden, hvor vi kan samle alle vores sekretariats- og bestyrelsesmedlemmer til statusmøder (gerne med adgang til skærm eller projektor).
Vi leder efter en økonomisk overkommelig eller sponsoreret løsning, og gerne i et levende NGO-miljø, hvor vi kan sparre med andre organisationer. Måske har nogle af jer et par ledige skriveborde, et ekstra lokale eller kender det helt rette sted i Aarhus?

Beneath Bias is a podcast focused on discussing current global challenges using news and current topics as a starting point for broader discussions. True to its name, it delves beneath dominant Western narratives and media biases to reveal debates that affect young people’s lives worldwide and in Denmark. It seeks to engage young people alienated from the current global system and to empower them to take ownership of their journey to becoming an “innovator”. This series of 17 episodes combines personal stories, conversations with researchers, hosts from diverse backgrounds and interaction with the audience.
