The meeting will be in English, and include presentations of the following subjects:

• A general introduction, hereunder information about eligibility requirements, maximum grant size, and co-financing requirements.
• Expression of Interest / EoI (deadline 1st of December), and the capacity and compliance check that follows.
• The full application (deadline March 31, 2027), hereunder the assessment criteria, sub-criteria and minimum requirements.

There will be time for questions after each section, as well as additional time for questions at the end of the meeting.

It is a precondition for the meeting date, that the Danish MFA has given its approval to the proposed revised guidelines within the given timeframe.

The meeting will be held online via Zoom. A link for participation will be shared with registered participants.
