Kooperationen is, in its own words, the leading employer and interest organization for socially engaged associations and NGOs/civil society organizations.
You can get a cheaper associate employer membership through Kooperationen by being a member of CISU.
This includes, for example:
- A hotline to a lawyer with unlimited HR advice, such as on legal matters regarding hiring, dismissal, parental leave, sickness, etc.
- Access to Kooperationen's courses and events
- Assistance with collective bargaining/entry agreements
- Advice on labor market legislation
- Help with workplace environment and employee retraining
- Drafting of bylaws, agreements, and contracts
- Consulting on organizational development, management, and board work

CISU has negotiated a special agreement for its member organizations, allowing them to pay only 0.462% of the wage sum, instead of the usual minimum fee of 16,143 DKK for membership.
To access this membership benefit, send an email with "CISU membership" in the subject line to pkb@kooperationen.dk, with nho@cisu.dk in CC.
The membership of Kooperationen will then be invoiced by CISU, which will require your association’s AM basis once a year (or with significant changes).
