The project restores free psychosocial services in frontline Mykolaiv and Kherson and strengthens local providers to ensure sustainability. Led by Mission10forty with Ukrainian Educational Platform, Youth of Ukraine, and Ukrainian Peacebuilding School, it combines direct support with capacity-building, sub-grants, and advocacy. Services include reopening Kherson’s Vodograi Center, resuming mobile brigades in Mykolaiv, and delivering free, evidence-based care by psychologists, speech therapists, and social workers. Danish trauma expert Kirsten Callesen will train professionals in trauma-informed practices, pilot RESET trauma self-help, and ensure long-term retention through ToTs and supervision. The project builds resilient Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs), improves coordination, and enhances CSO capacity through training, mentoring, and sub-grants. Outcomes: stronger institutions, CSO–authority collaboration, urgent care for 1,200+ people, and piloting a national trauma-informed model.
