Youth for Development Denmark have been engaged in providing support for a large group of children and young people in Denmark through the funds provided by government institutions. These funds have been managed successfully with reports made to the supporting institutions. The administrative and financial management experience gain from our engagement from these activities give a basis of been able to manage development work in fragile situations. YFDD has a strong management team with international development and country sector analysis and evaluation as well as management accounting for emerging and developing countries, supporting target groups therefore YFDD can implement and manage any development work in fragile situations. In terms of human resources YFDD has intensive working experience from the diverse board members, volunteers and eminent members which is enough capacity building and experience to implement humanitarian intervention in Somalia
