Resume
The overall goal of the intervention is to “reduce abuse and exploitation of 50.000 children at risk/or victims of exploitation in two vulnerable communities in Harare, Zimbabwe by 1) improving access to justice for children through advocacy 2) reducing harmful norms and practices exposing children through community-based approaches, and 3) strengthening resilience of vulnerable families through livelihood opportunities. This strategy is operationalized into three immediate objectives guiding the intervention. The intervention will be implemented by Viva Denmark and Viva Network Zimbabwe and results in reduced abuse and exploitation of children in Epworth and Hatcliffe, two peri-urban settlements of Harare.
