The joint finalisation envisaged will ensure equal responsibility, shared ownership and professionalism regarding problem analysis. Furthermore it will ensure ownership to objectives, common understanding concerning cost levels and implementation periods, common understanding concerning target group and participants, strategy and sustainability of the intervention. The expected output of the joint finalisation is as well, a solid foundation for a targeted and effective dialogue before and during implementation of the project. Most important the joint finalisation shall/will ensure consistency within the strategy and the LFA of the project.
