The intervention aims to provide life-saving humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations in Khost Province affected by ongoing cross-border conflicts. Target groups include displaced families, women, children and people with disabilities facing acute shortages of food, basic healthcare, and protection services. The intervention will be implemented in 2026 through local partners and will deliver emergency relief through Cash-based-assistance (CBA). The intended outcome is to reduce immediate suffering, prevent further loss of life, and strengthen the resilience of affected communities in a highly insecure and underserved area.
