Resume

The Southeast Asia Programme unites ADDA and civil society partners in Cambodia (READA, CIDO, RCEDO) and Vietnam (VOAA, LCFU) to strengthen smallholder resilience through Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), organic farming, cooperative development, and farmer advocacy. The programme focuses on CSA in both countries while supporting organic farming through the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS). Cambodian farmers will benefit from Vietnam’s PGS certification experience, while Vietnamese partners will learn from Cambodia’s CSA policy dialogue approach. Capacity will be strengthened through Training of Trainers, Farmer Field Schools, and peer-to-peer learning to improve governance, market access, and stakeholder coordination. Smallholders will increase productivity, market access, food security, and income through sustainable farming and stronger cooperatives. Farmer organizations will strengthen their voice, ensuring smallholder priorities shape investments in CSA and organic farming.
