The intervention's purpose is to enhance the resilience of rural ethnic communities in Southern Shan State (Pa-O SAZ) by building upon the success of the first ORGAP phase. Over 18 months, it will expand into 10 additional villages and aims to improve living conditions, access to opportunities, and community inclusion. The project focuses on two main outcomes: 1. Strengthening farmers' roles in local agriculture value chains through knowledge sharing and capacity building. 2. Empowering women through income-generating opportunities and the establishment of a Women-Led Civil Society Organization (W-CSO). Activities include agricultural knowledge sharing, strengthening the Producers Association, enhancing women's economic opportunities, and creating a W-CSO to promote gender equality and community development.
