The Wired 4 Business (W4B) project aims to empower 50 women in Buwenda village in Jinja district in Uganda, with business and financial skills, and thereby, eradicate poverty within the local community. This will be achieved through entrepreneurship training, financial management training, and establishing saving groups. The project focuses on economic empowerment and social inclusion, with mindset change being the foundation of development, hence creating a safe environment fostering creative and critical thinking among women. The objective is to create employment, business, and leadership opportunities for vulnerable women.
