This intervention is about improving the life opportunities of young LGBT+ people, and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) by strengthening movements for change and facilitating positive shifts in community and local government responses to these vulnerable and marginalised groups. The age group 15-24 are the focus. The focus of the intervention will be on catalysing community level change across 5 different geographical locations working with 5 established PV partner organisations representing or supporting young LGBT+ people, and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW). The project will simultaneously 1) enhance the capacity of these partner organisations to mobilise and support their members, 2) build/enhance the social movements around these organisations and 3) support the organisations to carry out a range of local community level advocacy work.
