There are four key areas which needs to be refined as part of the work in finishing the project appraisal: - Conducting Needs Assessment Analysis of 1) which specific training activities that are most important for YDC in order to strengthen the organization and the quality of its projects and 2) the ways in which YDC can secure a stronger sustainability of its projects. - Clarification of which alternative modalities exist in terms of technical vocational training offers that are more cost-effective than the current very costly ones. - Identification of potential organisations in Freetown working with counselling that could be eligible for partnership formation with YDC. - Meetings with relevant stakeholders in the local community, such as the local counsellor and the YDC board.
