This rapid response project will reach 825 of the most vulnerable households in Hattian and Jhelum valleys, AJK, where floods and landslides have destroyed homes and livelihoods. Through a mixed targeting approach, 275 households will receive both food and hygiene kits, 275 will receive food packages only, and 275 will receive hygiene kits only. As hygiene kits, which include both household and menstrual hygiene items, are distributed directly to women, around 75% of direct beneficiaries are expected to be women. This ensures that gender-specific needs are met while also strengthening dignity and household hygiene management.
