Resume

The project strengthens psychosocial resilience, social cohesion, and democratic dialogue in war-affected communities in Odesa Region through a regional scaling of the Shared Reading method. It establishes a training-of-trainers (ToT) structure, trains two cohorts of 10–12 facilitators and develops five Ukrainian trainers to ensure autonomous capacity-building and quality assurance. Zmistom strengthens its organisational systems, monitoring tools, and methodological materials, including revision of the Ukrainian manual and development of facilitation guidelines. At least 16 regular Shared Reading circles will operate across the region, engaging approximately 350 participants, including internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups. Through structured communication, systematic documentation, and cross-border exchange with Læseforeningen, the project positions Shared Reading as a recognised, community-based method for dialogue, trust-building, and resilience in fragile context
