Umiddelbare mål
By introducing theory and practical gardening lessons in handcap disabilities education, the intervention aims to enable to encourage students to participate, in addition the participating is a tool for their future, It is a social activity as well as competitive which will benefit them even in future and some of them will became independent individuals. Intervention strives to eliminate discrimination and encourage society to see disabilities differently and be regarded as active generation. Increase and encourages students to become active participants in their education of growing up and to share ideas and experiences and voice their opinions, which is a vital to deal with their ordeals and empower them with confidence to the real world, when they can feel that they are good at something, instead of having a passive role in the society and in the long run to be active and contribute to their families and the society with confidence.
Målgrupper
The primary target group of the intervention is the disabled students at Kukura Neshungu in Marondera province, 95 km from capital city, Harare. The 48 are former students and they have 50 enrolled this year January 2018, of which 60 are girls and 38 boys, since they are children with different disabilities, they are children who need a lot of supervision as well as need for social and practical activities to occupy them. All the children will benefit from the intervention, as practical school gardening will be integrated in their teaching as it will contribute to their quality of education as well as participation and relevance for all children. Some of them can use the practical education when they leave the centre and in so doing be able to help in their family instead of being dependent the rest of their life. The children are already interested in helping at the centre activities for their own consumption. These are children ranging from 8 years to 17 years.

The development objective is to improve the education methods and support quality education of children with physical and mental disabilities in the eastern region of Zimbabwe The objective of the intervention is to support the involved caretakers and teachers in the integration of participatory teaching methods based on the assessing the need of every child to accommodate their handicap to ensure quality education for the handicap home school. Furthermore, the application is to gain locally rooted support from parents, relatives, local authorities. We apply for the intervention to introduce the concept of school gardening training theory and practical for the use for improving children`s knowledge of activities and create capacity activities to inspire participation amongst students through social activities and competitive approach that can includes in their leaning. By learning how to provide for themselves as part of their education tool and will demonstrate positive learning outcome as some of the students are interested helping already in making green vegetables for their own centre consumption and will be instrumental inspiring teachers to employ new learning approaches, as there are some good competitive children.
