This is an integrated effort of immediate relief, awareness raising to limit vulnerability and a bridge to a longer-term effort of re-activating the economy in a coordination effort between Labour market parties (social partners). the General Federation of Nepalese Trade Unions (GEFONT) will through its extensive networks in all parts of the country vis a vis its affiliates reach the most vulnerable workers and other groups affected by the flood and landslides and the consequent effects in terms of diseases caused by polluted water and waste.
