The People’s Choice, People’s Voice (PCPV) project will continue fostering civic participation in two Namibian communities, focusing on safety, protection, and inclusion while building organizational and financial sustainability. Key activities include: * Supporting the capacity building and resource mobilization of two local CSOs, which in turn aid Community Inclusion Task Teams (CITTs). These teams drive community monitoring, mobilization, local advocacy, and accountability, and implement local micro-projects. * Enhancing community cohesion and self-directed development. * Shifting attitudes and responses toward marginalized groups, such as adolescent girls, young women, LGBTIQ+ people, sex workers, crime victims, and residents of under-resourced neighborhoods. Improving state and municipal service delivery and local accountability.
