The main purpose is to strengthen the FFELGs This in combination with strong VSLAs which will secure funding after the project has come to and end. Overall Objective The main objective of the project intervention to strengthen the organisational and advocacy capacity of the 14 FFELGS in green growth and promotion of socially inclusive climate resilient sustainable livelihood initiatives in Soroti district. Specific Objectives As a measure to realising the main purpose, the intervention has the following two objectives prioritised To strengthen the capacity of the 14 FFELGs in spearheading community driven initiatives that promote practical approaches to environmental conservation awareness, governance and climate smart livelihood practices among rural communities in the Soroti District.
