The project contributes to strengthened youth-responsive livelihoods engagement in Hargeisa by contributing to addressing gaps between marginalised youth, labour-market actors, and civic institutions. It contributes to two outcomes:(1) SCORE is positioned as a credible intermediary and advocate for youth-responsive livelihoods engagement, supported by a youth-informed evidence base, organisational systems, and partnerships; (2) Marginalised youth act as credible advisors, representatives, and evidence-producers to youth-responsive livelihoods engagement, engaging in structured dialogue with duty bearers and labour-market actors, and contributing to SCORE’s future livelihood programming. The project strengthens youth agency, skills, and legitimacy to engage beyond the community level, while strengthening SCORE’s role as an intermediary linking marginalised youth to existing livelihood systems and supporting youth-led advocacy on access barriers. It is implemented by SCORE, GAME & IPRT.
