The project aims to strengthen the resilience, sustainability, and visibility of Belarusian youth organisations working under repressive conditions in Belarus and in exile. Its main activities include off-site retreats for organisational teams with mentoring and psychological support, an online course on crisis management with practical tools, and study visits to Denmark to exchange practices on human rights, democracy, and youth participation. Additional activities include strategic sessions and trainings for RADA and Silba to reinforce their partnership, as well as research on the status and needs of Belarusian youth organisations, resulting in policy briefs and targeted advocacy. The intended change is that Belarusian youth organisations will become more resilient, motivated, and better equipped to manage crises, advocate for youth rights, and sustain their work in challenging environments, while fostering stronger international solidarity and partnerships.
