This intervention seeks to enhance the inclusion of marginalised groups in Somaliland's civil society structures and political systems. The intervention consists of three objectives. Firstly, a research component will establish a baseline and enhance stakeholders' knowledge of democratisation and political inclusion challenges. Secondly, the intervention will facilitate reconnection between CSOs and marginalised groups through an assessment and capacity building process. Finally, the project will strengthen democratisation and political inclusion through a democratic dialogue forum. The project aims to create tangible change in the internal structures of CSOs and promote a more inclusive and diverse civil society while fostering sustainable change in the political participation of marginalised groups in Somaliland
