The project unites Ukrainian CSOs, artists, and activists to develop creative advocacy and build capacity. It aims to raise awareness of propaganda and its impact, while promoting solidarity with Ukrainians resisting Russian aggression—particularly among Russian-speakers targeted by Kremlin disinformation. A central residency will focus on capacity building, followed by five regional hackathons to develop advocacy campaigns. An online platform will extend outreach and engagement. The network will generate social media campaigns, artistic projects, and digital content amplifying Ukrainian civil society voices. These tools will counter misinformation, offer alternatives to Russian propaganda, and influence public discourse in Ukraine and internationally. Hackathons will enhance creative advocacy skills and enable sensitive topics to be presented in accessible formats for skeptical audiences. A concluding conference will gather stakeholders to assess outcomes and share lessons learned.
