Community Services Program (CSP) is a national-level non-profit organization established in 2009 and registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Since its formation, CSP has worked to alleviate human suffering and promote sustainable development through inclusive, participatory, and gender-sensitive approaches. Operating across all provinces of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu & Kashmir, CSP focuses on building resilient and self-reliant communities through coordinated development and humanitarian interventions. CSP’s core purpose is to empower disadvantaged groups, improve living standards, and respond to emergencies with efficiency and compassion. Its mission emphasizes education, health, good governance, and self-reliance for all, regardless of gender, caste, or political affiliation. The organization’s work is guided by values of transparency, accountability, community participation, and respect for local culture and traditions. CSP’s primary activities span six major thematic areas: Education, Health, Water and Sanitation (WASH), Emergency Response, Women Empowerment, and Climate Change. In education, CSP runs 13 Foundation Schools and several non-formal learning centers to provide quality education to out-of-school children, particularly girls. In the health sector, it operates 55 Family Health Care Centers in remote areas, organizes free medical and eye camps, and strengthens government health facilities. Under its WASH initiatives, CSP has constructed over 650 deep wells, hand pumps, and gravity-fed water schemes, ensuring safe drinking water for thousands. Through its Emergency Response Program, CSP provides relief in natural disasters and crises, distributing food, medicines, tents, and winter supplies to affected families. Its Women Empowerment and Skills Development Program offers free vocational training and income-generating opportunities to enhance women’s socio-economic independence.
