Molod Online

Molod Online is a youth-led organization from Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, founded in 2016 by a group of enthusiasts. The organisation's primary goal is to empower young people and integrate internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Zaporizhzhia. We do this through engagement in cultural activities, entrepreneurship, professional development, science, and innovations. Our organization was created 8 years ago in response to the need for youth engagement, protection and activism in Zaporizhzhia. Since its inception, we have expanded its activities to include educational programs, cultural initiatives, science and media projects. Molod Online's mission is to create an environment that supports the personal and professional growth of young people. We are committed to empowering young people to lead fulfilling, informed, and active lives and to shaping resilient, inclusive, and innovative communities. The team of Molod Online designs initiatives that are inclusive, providing everyone with access to educational and cultural opportunities. We values people, their ideas, and values, which unite various participants from students to young professionals who are committed to social change. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, our team has adapted to new challenges by reorienting majority of our resources to support young people in the context of the military crisis. We have launched humanitarian initiatives and implemented new approaches in existing areas of work with youth. Over the last few years, one of main focuses have been on young IDPs who live in the Zaporizhzhia region. By promoting cultural engagement, our organization aims to bridge communities, enhance mutual understanding, and support and activate the social integration of displaced individuals.
