Serving The Nations Mission

Serving The Nations Mission is a Ugandan non-profit organisation committed to serving ofte vulnerable communities: children, youth, refugees, teenage mothers and people living with disabilities. The organisation grew from a desire to see communities not simply receive short-term assistance, but gain the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to build more secure and independent lives. Today, its work focuses on practical, community-based support that combines compassion with long-term empowerment. Serving The Nations Mission believe that every person deserves dignity, opportunity and hope. The organisation works to strengthen families and communities by addressing some of the challenges that can keep people trapped in poverty and vulnerability. Particular attention is given to adolescents and teenage mothers, helping them develop skills and find ways to overcome gender-based violence, unwanted pregnancies, school dropout and economic hardship. Its activities cover several closely connected areas. Through mission and community outreach, the organisation responds to local needs and builds relationships with vulnerable communities. It supports child education and works to improve opportunities for children and young people. Water and sanitation initiatives help communities access healthier living conditions, while medical care services support vulnerable mothers, children, refugees and people with disabilities.
