ASOCIACIÓN EMPRESAS CON VALORES (ICV)

ICV creates and strengthens employment opportunities for vulnerable groups, including women, migrants, youth, and people with disabilities. Working with NGOs, public administrations, and companies, we generate social innovation opportunities, using entrepreneurship as a tool to foster economic inclusion. Our approach emphasizes the social impact of each venture, promoting companies aligned with our values and corporate social responsibility. Through our incubation program, we support entrepreneurs facing challenges by providing knowledge, tools, and mentorship. Post-incubation services connect entrepreneurs with opportunities, promoting socially responsible procurement and boosting local economies. We enable individuals to create independent livelihoods while addressing social and environmental challenges, such as housing for immigrants, cultural integration, and traditional craftsmanship, impacting over 900 entrepreneurs to date. Our methodology is validated through Erasmus+ projects: Dragging linked public administration needs with entrepreneurs to promote social procurement; Joint Venture fostered NGO-entrepreneur partnerships providing resources for ventures with social added value; Green Future trained sustainable rural entrepreneurs; Mother’s Can supported work-family reconciliation for social enterprises. Our main interventions include: Recruiting professionals as volunteers, currently 120 mentors, trainers, and experts. Business incubation with 12-week programs supported by our volunteer community, guiding entrepreneurs through all stages. Communication support, promoting ventures via social media, networks, events, workshops, and webinars to enhance visibility and sustainability. A world network of NGOs called CON VALORES Hub for building capacities of entities, focusing on financing and project management. Through these activities, ICV empowers socially conscious entrepreneurship, fostering ventures that generate social, economic, and environmental impact.
