Caucasus Caregiver Cooperation (CCC) has contacted CISU with a request to assist them in developing their network in terms of governance and capacity to provide member services and to work politically. CISU participated in March in CCC network meeting with the participation of representatives from 33 member CSOs of the network. CCC has produced a document ‘creating an engaging social policy at a local level’ with concrete and specific recommendations to municipal authorities on how they can enhance citizen participation in decision-making and ensure practical implementation of inclusive social policies locally. The document provides concrete and doable ideas to pursue, which were shared and discussed at the meeting. CISU made presentations on CISU background and network management experiences.
