The intervention focus on improving the delivery of safe water, establish communication and power hubs, and provide transitional housing assistance for the most at-risk members of three communities in Ubay Municipality, Bohol Province. These are all needs that the target groups have identified as urgent, and are also identified in the Situation Reports as severely affected by the typhoon. The target groups of this application are the residents of Barangays Cagting, Cuya and Guintaboan, a total of 3633 persons. Success indicators are safe drinking water to all households, one charging station and communication center in each location, 100 HH in safe temporary shelter, 200 houses repaired on site, 200 persons provided emergency livelihood through cash-for-work. The intervention will last 6 months.
