Increased advocacy in Palestine on the effectiveness of the play and circus methodology by end of project activity implementation (month 10).

Target groups

The target groups of the project are the following: primary target group –NCS volunteers; secondary target group - youth and children in marginalized areas around the Nablus city and district (from urban slums and vulnerable villages); indirect beneficiaries are expected to be the families and friends of those children and youth that make up the primary and secondary target groups.

Resume

The aim of this project is to build the capacity of the NCS volunteers in psychosocial support through play and circus in addition to cultural management and deepening their work with vulnerable children in marginalized areas of the northern West Bank – villages and urban slums. This project will not only activate the role of youth in volunteerism but will also activate civil society organizations and community-based organizations in target areas that will be hosting our activities and enhancing their work with their communities, which will, in turn add to the sustainability of the action.
