The purpose of this intervention is to clarify and address digital disparity in a poor neighborhood by inclusion of digital literacy, necessary facilities and equipment at St Anne K. Academy in a rights-based, child-centered approach to digital inclusion. 100 pupils will develop basic technical and cognitive skills, to use communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information to adapt themselves to a digital world. 8 teachers will be qualified an trained to educate the pupils, a computer lab will be prepared to facilitate a motivating learning environment, interdisciplinarycurricula will be designed to provide the pupils with the best outcome. As access to digital technology is a rare, unstable and costly occurrence in the neighborhood, the local community and its leaders will be engaged in the benefits of ICT inclusion in education continuously and encouraged to cooperate in joint efforts to get access to affordable digital technologies and infrastructure
