IAS will contribute to saving lives of the targeted DRC refugees currently threatened by cholera outbreak by responding to their immediate Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) among both the refugees through drilling and motorisation of a production well and piped water distribution with 7 tap-stands each tap stand having four taps closer (within 500 meters from households) to the community in Maratatu village. To ensure improve hygiene and sanitation practices at household level mass sensitizations will be held within the village and there host community.
