This intervention supports schools in Cali and Popayán in strengthening their sexual and reproductive health rights (S&RHR) education programs by building internal capacity through tailored workshops and meetings with teachers, admin staff, and students. Despite being mandatory, many schools lack the resources, training, and government support to implement effective S&RHR programs. This project introduces a level-based program to assess and guide schools through progressive steps toward independent implementation. Activities will address key topics like anatomy, consent, STI prevention, and sexual diversity, aiming to break taboos and shift attitudes. Pre- and post-evaluations will measure progress, while advocacy efforts will engage school leadership to prioritize S&RHR. By equipping educators and strengthening community bonds, the program empowers students to make informed decisions and claim their rights.
