DIB and FTK work together to focus on climate change, environment and inclusion of vulnerable groups in decision-making for improved living conditions in Bolivia, particularly by pushing for inclusion of climate change and environment in education policy in Bolivia. We will a) develop indicators to guide implementation of climate change and environment action in public schools b) facilitate a climate change technical forum (CCTF) with CSO network and technical staff of the municipal government of El Alto c) build capacity in CSOs and pilot public schools on climate change through an innovative learning method d) support CSOs in implementing climate change and environment action in pilot public schools with the students e) systematise results e) support the CCTF in developing a technical proposal to include climate change in education policy f) advocate the Ministry of Education for inclusion of indicators on climate change in education policy, based on the results from this programme.
