Resume

The intervention aims to enhance youth living with different abilities (YDA)’ access to employment and educational opportunities, by facilitating a participatory and inclusive multi-stakeholder process, that will guide the development of the new 2025-2029 OTC strategy. With a well define strategic organizational direction, OTC will be better positioned to attract and explore new collaborations and opportunities to improving social and economic status of YDAs. An integral aspect of this process will be to set up a student exit program with robust structures, that ensures that YDAs leaving OTC can successfully transition into employment or continue their education elsewhere, securing lasting benefits for the youth. Advocacy effects with duty bearers to hold them accountable to their responsibilities towards YDAs will be carried out. Additionally, sharing of knowledge through awareness raising towards the civil society will happen throughout the intervention.
