"GALS" will target at least 1,000 adolescent girls aged 10 to 19 from poor communities in Harare, Zimbabwe. The intervention will allow marginalized girls to get in, stay in, transition on, transition up, and stay up in education. Numeracy and literacy will remain the central goal with non-cognitive learning running in parallel. Viva Zimbabwe will conduct evidence-based policy advocacy to improve the situation for marginalized girls.
