We strongly believe that all changes must include and respect the perspectives of the people it concerns. Thus, we encourage our local partners to identify important issues and take collective action. We integrate our intervention programmes with the existing systems and structures in the countries we work. The organisational core value is that we can mitigate the significant challenges children, youths, and families face across nations through collaboration and cooperation. The work of Early Care International is centred around improving the lives of children, youth, families, and communities regarding access to quality health care, education, employability, psychosocial services, and general well-being in their local communities. Promoting and advocating for the importance of quality services and equitable educational and job opportunities while placing the people in the lead of the process is one of the main pillars of Early Care International.
