“Chisinau Without Bullying” project aims to strengthens local capacities to prevent and respond to bullying in 10 primary schools in Chisinau Municipality. The project develops a tailored toolkit of non-formal education methods and trains 20 youth leaders and teachers to use the newly developed methodology to prevent and respond to bullying. Furthermore, the project engages 300 pupils in anti-bullying workshops facilitated by the trained educators, fostering respect and inclusion. The project also facilitates a dialogue with 20 educational stakeholders to promote sustainable anti-bullying policies in Moldovan schools. Ultimately, the project establishes a replicable model for civic-led initiatives within Moldova’s education system to build safer, more inclusive school environments and foster a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration.
