Resume

The project aims to strengthen food and nutrition security for 500 smallholder farmers in Gutu District, Zimbabwe, while enhancing their resilience to climate and economic shocks. By supporting 10 inclusive Farmers’ Clubs, registering them as cooperatives, and establishing Community Adaptation Centres, the project will increase the farmers’ adoption of climate-resilient agricultural practices, improve their financial inclusion and market access, and strengthen their capacity to advocate for community-led adaptation strategies. These outcomes will lead to sustained improvements in household food security, incomes, and the agency of farmers, including women, youth, and people with disabilities.
