? Members of Central Task Force: Members in the Central Task Force will be based on either interest showed during the implementation of the 2017 Pilot Project and/or their ability to open doors to other influential policy makers at central and local level, as well as their willingness to push a progressive agenda in Egypt. In short, Task Force members are gatekeepers who can lobby for the uptake of the ToT program and the gender education manual through their contacts at central and local (governmental) institutions. ? Members of the Local Task Forces: Local gatekeeprs. Similar criteria as for the members of the Central task force will be used when selecting members for the new Local Task Forces. First, contacts out of the networks of Tadwein and the members of the Central Task Force will be approached, who can then on their turn invite people from their own local network. ? Duty bearers: representatives and members of relevant governmental and non-governmental institutions, at central and local level, as well as teachers and members of school boards. ? Educators and youth workers: The planned intervention targets educators and youth workers interacting with youth, whether in formal or informal venues, such as national and community schools, youth centers and recreational clubs. ? Egyptian youth: The immediate end beneficiaries in this intervention are at least 1900 young men and women from lower and middle-class segments, who will receive high quality gender education with the aim of decreasing the high levels of VAW in Egypt.
