This program will strengthen San youth leadership and community resilience in the Tsumkwe Constituency of Namibia, while fostering change in local and national systems. It addresses the denial of basic rights faced by San youth: exclusion from education and health services, lack of livelihood opportunities, and systemic discrimination. Over three years, the program will consolidate San-led structures such as the Community Inclusion Task Team, expand youth leadership, and link local advocacy to national policy debates. Change will unfold by combining organizational strengthening of //Ana-Djeh San Trust, youth empowerment, inclusive community mechanisms for dialogue and accountability, and evidence-based advocacy. This will enable young people to claim their rights, strengthen community voice, and influence systems — resulting in more responsive services, fairer opportunities, and greater dignity for San communities, locally and nationally.
