The program will be implemented by the Ugandan partner: Savings for Children's Education Needs Foundation (SACEN) in close collaboration with the Strategic partner: The Kenya Society of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (SAAC Kenya) and with Seniors without Borders, DK project group (SwB). The focus will be on training parents and teachers in using the method, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and on the capacity building of SACEN, to support the sustainability of the intervention. The location of the program will be in Terego District, at the school: Bishop Cipriano Kihangire School of Hope (BCK), which already has close relations to SACEN.
