SILBA - Initiative for Dialogue and Democracy
Silba – Initiative for Dialogue and Democracy is a non-partisan and non-profit youth organisation which aims to strengthen democratic institutions and organisations. Founded in 1994, we organize local and international activities, with a main focus on election observation missions.
