Myanmar Action Group Denmark blev oprettet i erkendelse af behovet for at støtte modstand mod det illegale militærkup i Myanmar i 2021. Vi støtter mennesker, organisationer i Myanmar, der kæmper for fred, menneskerettigheder og lighed for alle mennesker. Vi afviser enhver form for diskrimination baseret på race, etnicitet, religion, seksuel orientering, kønsidentitet eller handicap. I Danmark arbejder vi for at øge bevidstheden om de kampe, Myanmars Befolkning står over for, og for at understøtte forstærkning af lokale stemmer.
