Det Danske Afrika Selskab
Selskabets formål er at fremme kendskabet til og forståelsen for Afrika - dets befolkninger, kulturer, natur, historie og udvikling – samt forholdet mellem Afrika og Danmark i et historisk og aktuelt perspektiv. Selskabet er upolitisk, men arbejder for at styrke og fremme forbindelsen mellem personer, virksomheder og organisationer, der har virket eller virker i Afrika – eller som har en speciel interesse for kontinentet. For at fremme formålene afholder selskabet møder, foredrag, udflugter og andre sociale arrangementer, hvor deltagerne kan netværke, debattere og få ny inspiration og viden. Alle arrangementer har et afrikansk tema.
