Global South Collective
Our purpose is to foster equitable partnerships in global development. We work toward a paradigm shift that advances Sustainable Development Goal 17 through a decolonial lens, championing truly locally led development and promoting bottom-up localization as the foundation for lasting, inclusive change. We do this by: a. Challenging persistent colonial ideologies rooted in our societies through knowledge generation, empowerment, and workshops in both the global North and South. b. Supporting and strengthening South-to-South knowledge sharing and collaboration. c. Facilitating global learning and exchange between South-North, South-South, and North-North. d. Becoming a knowledge center on 'equal partnerships' in global development.
