Foreningens almenvelgørende formål eller på anden måde almennyttige formål er at fremme den generelle samfundsforståelse for menstruation og højne selvværdet for menstruerende personer. Foreningen fremmer formålet gennem folkeoplysende aktiviteter, workshops, kapacitetsopbyggende forløb og donationer af hygiejne artikler og undervisningsmaterialer til personer på tværs af alle lande, der har til formål at adressere social og økonomisk stigmatisering, tabuer og fordomme i relation til menstruation og det at være menstruerende
