The purpose of the project is to create better conditions for young vulnerable people in Tanzania. Our aim is to provide them with skills and competencies and motivate them to get an education or to start their own business. In order to achieve this goal, we want to strengthen our partner ECOIs knowledge of another teaching method, which most likely gives the students` skills and self-esteem. The purpose is to provide ECOI with pedagogical skills enough to continue the effort after the project. Four ECOI-members and four teachers will participate in courses and workshops. The project is aimed at Standard 6 students, who are in danger of leaving primary school without advancing in the education and/or employment system. The target group will participate in theme teaching twice a week. Furthermore, they will participate in "out-of-house activities" such as company visits, institutional and school visit. Finally, the participants are supposed to draw up an education and employment plan.
