Resume

This aims to equip Valdivia’s citizens with the knowledge and support to establish their own livelihood opportunities. The project empowers Valdivia’s artisans and youth through three core pillars: solidifying the newly formed artisan foundation, equipping local youth with the necessary support to improve their knowledge and livelihood, and to build CFV’s management skills and on advocacy to the local Comuna. By promoting and empowering artisans and youths, the project tackles mainly their lack of opportunity, trust and community cohesion. Key activities include capacity-building workshops for artisans in areas like bookkeeping and sustainable entrepreneurship, organising market fairs, and conducting environmental and cultural workshops for adolescents and children. These initiatives ensure long-term socio-economic stability, cultural preservation, and the fostering of democratic values and active citizen participation within the community.
